Project Description
The “New” Marrickville Metro community hub is inspired by, and created for, the incredibly vibrant Inner West customer by mirroring its unique personality with a distinctive development that responds to the growing and ever-changing population. Marrickville Metro has been a proud part of the Inner West community since the 1980s, and the new development of the Centre is response to what Inner West customer wants and deserves.
Flow Balance was engaged by the mechanical contractor to both Air and Hydronic Commissioning Services.

Outcome
Flow Balance played a big role in the New Marrickville Metro project. Working closely with SEDA Services helped us to navigate the complexities of the commissioning process. Our reports conclude that installation is in accordance with guidelines and mechanical specification.
