Project Description
1 Denison Street, Located in North Sydney is a 37-level commercial office tower. Standing at approximately 160 metres tall and claiming the title as the tallest building in North Sydney. The tower provides more than 60,000 square metres of office space, multi-level basement parking for 225 cars and has been designed to meet 5 Star, Green Star and 5 Star, NABERS. Flow Balance was responsible for commissioning of the all Base Building Levels from Basement 5 to Level 37, including base fit-out of office spaces, all ventilation and cooling for the Carpark and tenant provisions to retail spaces.

Outcome
