Project Description
New Quay Quarter Tower (QQT) transformed from an existing 45-year-old 45,000 square meter office building into an 89,000 square meter world-class, highly sustainable commercial tower. The 50-storey commercial building is a landmark site at Circular Quay and is a vibrant destination supporting workers, residents and visitors in Sydney. QQT will feature a hybrid air conditioning solution, utilising active chilled beams in perimeter zones & low temperature variable air volume units in centre zones. The project involved a 6 star Greenstar, 5.5 star NABERS Energy and 4 star NABERS Water.

Outcome
Flow Balance successfully overcame the tight time frames associated with integrated stages of the project by providing effective services and a fluent communication with the client.
